Collaboratively work with the Program Director (who is responsible for overall community management, inclusive product relationship oversight and program development and management) on the development of the Voice of the Customer program.Assisting to cultivate, grow and leverage industry influencers to drive the communications strategy.Providing internal issues management support to the local business.Using SharePoint to manage digital content.Drive HTS Mexico innovation stories in technologies and technologists, coordinate with Mexico corporate and SBGs to drive HTS’s PR strategy in Mexico and LATAM HGRs, place technology stories to media, technologists to speaking opportunities in the industry arena and profile HTS Mexico for country award opportunities to drive brand awareness in both technology leadership and talent attraction. ![]() ![]() Implement information dissemination initiatives, which may include the development of content for fact sheets, news releases, briefing materials, feature articles for magazines and trade papers, radio and television scripts, videos, websites, social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.), webinars, blogs, and/or other promotional and informational materials.Upload stories, videos, graphics and pictures to OAR social media sites on a daily basis monitor social media activity and audience interactions coordinate social media strategy for special NOAA or OAR initiatives with social media leads across NOAA track public engagement with OAR through social media and provide weekly metrics and reports to the OAR Communications Director Coordinate OAR Headquarters’ social media strategy.Works closely with other Internal Communications peers, External Communications, Marketing, Education, Legal, Human Resource and other groups within Battelle to ensure alignment of our internal and external messages, manage interdependencies, evaluate issues and risks, consider the impact on all audiences and safeguard the company's brand and reputation.
